Canadian Destinations: You could qualify for free shipping if order is atleast $75 or more otherwise we charge a flat rate of $15.00 for shipping to all Canadian Destinations for orders under $75. Envelope Rate is dimensions smaller that 380 X 270 X 20mm weighing up to 500g. Items will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS Expedited Parcel that includes insurance, tracking and delivery confirmation.

Loss and Damage: Due to circumstances beyond our control if there is ever an issue with damaged goods during shipping or loss of package you will need to contact Scraptastic Deals right away to be able to make a claim on your behalf. Item Availability: If there is an item or a product that you don’t see that I carry feel free to send me an e-mail or call and I will see if I can bring it in for you. I am competing with several scrapbook stores Canada wide when it comes to purchasing inventory with the wholesalers. There is no guarantee how long they will carry a product line or if they will bring more in if out of stock. I am buying more direct, especially if I can’t find what I want with the wholesaler or if I find they don’t carry all the products available from a particular line. Most of these companies are out of the states. For any large quantities please inquire!

Your best source is by subscribing to any of the popular scrapbooking magazines for all kinds of great information and ideas as well as looking on specific manufacturer’s websites to see what they have up and coming or what the product line looks like. They have several new releases per year.
